Fitness expert, Coach Eddie Lomax announces the release of The Athletic Body Workout eBook. This athletic approach to fitness, fat loss and muscle building promises to set traditional workouts on their ear. Lewes, DE October 9, 2007 – Men seeking fitness, fat loss and a muscular physique are fed up with traditional workouts that don’t deliver. Coach Lomax believes most men are looking for an athletic body full of muscles in all the right places and void of performance killing, physique destroying fat. He insists the only way to create this athletic body is by training like an athlete, not a bodybuilder. His new eBook, Athletic Body Workout (http://www.athletic-body-workout.com) aims to set the record straight. “The ‘traditional’ approach to fitness and physique you see in almost every gym in the country is based on bodybuilding and long-slow cardio,” says Coach Lomax. “But most men I know don’t want to look like bodybuilders, and I don’t know why they insist on training that way.” He hopes to teach people there is another way to train, a way that leads to the athletic body most men want. “Most men train the way they do because they don’t know there is another way to train. They just hope the bodybuilding weight lifting plus aerobic training combo will work this time, even though it has failed time and again to produce the results men are after.” The Athletic Body Workout is not really a workout at all, but rather an athletic training program. Lomax says, “By rotating between the General Fitness Workout, the Fat Loss Workout and the Strength & Size Workout you keep the improvements coming on the path towards your athletic body. Other workouts lose their effectiveness after 4 to 8 weeks, but the Athletic Body Workout just keeps going.” Coach Lomax is one of the first to take an athletic approach to fitness, fat loss and physique building. This is a trend Coach Lomax hopes catches on, because he believes it is the answer for many men who have previously failed to reach their goals in the past with bodybuilding workouts and aerobic workouts.
