When we were children we would run, jump and play. Our physical fitness, health and physique reflected this participation in random physical activity. We lived in an environment of ever changing exploration and movement, and our bodies and physical abilities reflected that environment.
Explore your possibilities, learn what works best for you and take an active role in creating a lifestyle that produces fitness, health and beauty.
Learn what it is to be human again by participating and excelling in the human activities of sport, work and life.
You must become an Everyday Athlete… a person who possesses the natural and acquired physical abilities of human activity necessary to meet the everyday challenges of sport, work and life with excellence.
