Fitness is a word commonly used in today’s society. Yet the very word brings to mind very different images for different people. When I set out to put my physical training philosophy into writing I quickly realized that although the specific training methods, exercises and programs are important… it is the training philosophy itself that holds the key to a high level of physical fitness, long lasting health and an attractive, sustainable physique.
