Most people already know how to eat healthy. The problem is they don’t apply what they know!
Fact is, most people just don’t pay attention at all to the food they put in their mouths. They eat whenever they feel like it, grab whatever is at hand and base their decisions solely on what “tastes good”. And this “effortless eating” has consequences. Pounds of unwanted fat!

Use this information to make positive changes to your eating habits and nutrition choices. Learn, think about and above all else, apply what you learn.
