When I started the Optimum Fitness Network, I didn’t realize how fast I would grow it. As a result, my fitness articles started to be spread out over a wide variety of websites and blogs. There had to be an easier way for both me to get my fitness information to the people who need it, AND for people to access my articles.

 

Believe me, organizing my articles was difficult for me, so I can only imagine how hard it was for men and women seeking fitness, fat loss and muscle building information to find them.

 

But, I found a solution…
